There are a small number of countries we cannot deliver to; those drop out at checkout.<\/p>\n<h2>Carriers<\/h2>\n<p>We ship with <strong>PostNL<\/strong>. For a reshipment we use <strong>DHL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Track and trace<\/h2>\n<p>As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive a track-and-trace code by e-mail, which follows the shipment to your door.<\/p>\n<h2>Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>We ship <strong>discreetly<\/strong>. Nothing on the outside of the parcel refers to its contents: no product names, no logos and no reference to the shop. The address label carries only what the carrier needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Delayed or lost shipments<\/h2>\n<p>If your parcel is delayed, <a href=\"https:\/\/dutchpeptidelabs.nl\/en\/contact\">contact us<\/a> with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.<\/p>\n<p>If a parcel is lost, <strong>we will reship your order free of charge<\/strong>.
