What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that serve as the building blocks of proteins. They play a key role in various biological processes and are widely used in scientific research.
How are your products tested?
All our products are independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories for purity and the absence of heavy metals. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available per product.
What does >99% purity mean?
A purity of >99% means that more than 99% of the substance consists of the stated compound. The remaining fraction (<1%) may contain trace residues from the synthesis process, which are within internationally accepted standards.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout and complete your details. After placing your order you will receive a payment link via email. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible via store@dutchpeptidelabs.nl and we will do our best to cancel your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. Shipping is free from €50 for your country; below that a shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 16:00 (CEST) on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–3 business days. For other EU countries this is 3–5 business days.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes. We ship worldwide, to more than 200 countries. Shipping costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
From what order amount is shipping free?
Shipping is free from €50 for your country — €50 within the Netherlands, €100 within the EU and €200 beyond it. Orders below that amount pay a shipping fee, shown at checkout.
How are the products packaged?
All orders are shipped discreetly in neutral packaging without any indication of the contents. Products are temperature-controlled where necessary.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Pay by bank and bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
How does the payment process work?
You choose how to pay at checkout. With Pay by bank you go to your own bank's app, approve the payment and come back to our shop: your order is then paid. With a bank transfer you see our account and your order number as the reference after ordering, and in the confirmation e-mail too. We ship as soon as the payment arrives.
Is it safe to pay?
Yes, all payments are processed through secured, encrypted connections. We never store payment details ourselves.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Please contact us first before returning.
How do I return a product?
Contact our customer service at store@dutchpeptidelabs.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received and inspected the return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the website and choose 'Register'. Fill in your details and confirm via the verification email.
Can I order as a guest?
Yes, you can place an order without an account. However, with an account you can track your orders and reorder more easily.
