We ship worldwide. Below is how we send your order and what to expect.

Shipping costs

What you pay depends on the delivery country. Above the amount in the last column, shipping is free.

You will see the exact amount for your country at checkout, before you confirm the order. There are a small number of countries we cannot deliver to; those drop out at checkout.

Carriers

We ship with PostNL. For a reshipment we use DHL.

Track and trace

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive a track-and-trace code by e-mail, which follows the shipment to your door.

Packaging

We ship discreetly. Nothing on the outside of the parcel refers to its contents: no product names, no logos and no reference to the shop. The address label carries only what the carrier needs.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your parcel is delayed, contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.

If a parcel is lost, we will reship your order free of charge. If that second shipment does not arrive either, we refund the full amount you paid, including the shipping you were charged.
