Returns
We want you to order from Dutch Peptide Labs with confidence. Below are the conditions for returning products.
Return period
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products are eligible for return only when they are unopened and unused and are in their original, undamaged packaging.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Shipping costs
The cost of sending a return back to us is borne by the buyer. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to return
- First contact us, so that we can register your return.
- Pack the products unopened and undamaged in their original packaging.
- Send the parcel to the return address above.
Refund
Once we have received your return, processing your parcel and issuing the refund can take up to 7 days. The purchase amount is refunded via the same payment method you used for your order. The original shipping costs are not refunded.
