What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that serve as the building blocks of proteins. They play a key role in various biological processes and are widely used in scientific research.
How are your products tested?
All our products are independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories for purity and the absence of heavy metals. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available per product.
What does 99.9% purity mean?
A purity of 99.9% means that 99.9% of the substance consists of the stated compound. The remaining 0.1% may contain trace residues from the synthesis process, which are within internationally accepted standards.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout and complete your details. After placing your order you will receive a payment link via email. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible via support@dutchpeptidelabs.nl and we will do our best to cancel your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. However, free shipping applies from €100.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 17:00 (CEST) on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1 business day. For other EU countries this is 2–5 business days.
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout.
From what order amount is shipping free?
Shipping is free from €100 for most EU countries. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee applies which is shown at checkout.
How are the products packaged?
All orders are shipped discreetly in neutral packaging without any indication of the contents. Products are temperature-controlled where necessary.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, bank transfer and major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa). After placing your order you will receive a secure payment link via email.
How does the payment process work?
After placing your order you will receive an email with a payment link within a few minutes. After successful payment your order will be processed and shipped.
Is it safe to pay?
Yes, all payments are processed through secured, encrypted connections. We never store payment details ourselves.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Please contact us first before returning.
How do I return a product?
Contact our customer service at support@dutchpeptidelabs.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received and inspected the return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

How do I create an account?
Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the website and choose 'Register'. Fill in your details and confirm via the verification email.
Can I order as a guest?
Yes, you can place an order without an account. However, with an account you can track your orders and reorder more easily.
