The CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend combines two advanced synthetic peptides from the class of growth hormone-releasing compounds (GHRH and GHRP). CJC-1295 is a modified version of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29), developed by ConjuChem Biotechnologies, where Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) technology ensures an extended half-life. The peptide consists of 30 amino acids with a molecular weight of 3367.97 Da. Ipamorelin, discovered by Novo Nordisk, is a selective growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) agonist consisting of 5 amino acids (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) with a molecular weight of 711.85 Da.

Storage and Handling

Store the lyophilized peptide at -20°C to -80°C for optimal stability for up to 24 months. At room temperature, the product remains stable for 30 days. For reconstitution, use bacteriostatic water or sterile 0.9% NaCl solution at pH 6.0-7.0. Reconstituted solution should be used within 14 days when stored at 2-8°C. Avoid repeated freezing/thawing and direct exposure to light. Handle under sterile conditions in a laminar flow cabinet. The reconstituted peptide can be aliquoted and stored at -80°C for long-term research. Allow the product to thaw gradually on ice prior to use.
